Student Information Systems Integration Specialist

VTSD is looking for a candidate to support users in all aspects of our student information system, Genesis. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting helpdesk tickets, communicating with Genesis tech support, supporting scheduling, report writing, coordinating SIS training, programming report card configurations, and other various duties. This position will require working in multiple locations with various departments including Administration, Guidance, and Information Technology.

Qualified candidates should have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, be highly organized, self motivated, and adept with Spreadsheets. Previous experience working with databases and data migration desirable.

Non-Certified

PART-TIME AIDES & SUBSTITUTE AIDES – Part-time aides are to work with special needs student(s) and to perform duties under the direct authority of the building principal with supervision by certified staff in the particular respective areas.  Role of the special needs aide could be as follows:  cafeteria/lunchroom assignments, transportation assignments, special classroom assignments, lifting/toileting assistance.  Position is available as long as student(s) are in need.  To be paid the hourly rate based on Step 1 of the aide’s guide ($15.62/hr.) paid semi-monthly; eff. immediately. Substitute aides will fill-in for part-time aides in their absence.  Rate of pay for substitute aides is $8.60/hr.
