Today at 3pm we will be opening the Genesis Portal for parents and students. The portal will include student information like homeroom teachers, schedules, bus stops, lunch balances, and more.


Please be aware we have our back-to-school forms that must be completed by a parent/guardian before the portal information is viewable. Please be sure to update your contact information on the Contact tab as well. 

An outstanding fee or fine must be paid before the information is viewable. A negative lunch balance should be paid at our Board of Education office at Walnut Ridge. Any other fees/fines can be paid at your child’s school (missing textbooks, library books, chromebook repairs, etc).


For parents that are new to the district, the primary guardian should receive a Welcome Email with a link to login to your account. If you have an existing account but do not remember your password, you can try the password reset on the Genesis Parent Portal page. If you still have issues logging in or need help changing your email address, please contact your school’s main office during open office hours 8am to 3pm.
