Schoolcraft Studios will be at Cedar Mountain on these days for grandparents to have their pictures taken with their grandchildren. A picture ordering envelope and flier was sent home with the memo on Grandparent’s Day. Please bring this with you to the visitation day.
Cards and Letters for our Vets: Cedar Mountain students are writing cards and letters that will go into boxes for a program called Boxes for Vets. Boxes of personal items and snacks are sent to our Vets around the world, inside each box is a card or two made by children and adults. The Vets report that the cards and letters found in each box are enjoyed most of all. We are very proud to be part of this very special program!
Mind Traveler’s Reading Program forms are due to Mr. Joseph by Friday, December 1st. Two students from each grade level will be selected to be honored for their reading efforts at the January Board of Education Public Meeting.

Our next SCA meeting will take place on Monday, December 4, 2017, at 9:30. Please note that we will no longer be holding evening meetings this year. We have found that parents are attending our meetings in the morning and we are not seeing parents come out for our evening meetings. If you cannot make a meeting and would like information, I would be very happy to go over the highlights of our meetings as well as send home any handouts. Please call Cedar Mountain or email me directly at rgebhardt@vtsd.com to request SCA information. Here is the link to the SCA Parent Page, where you can read the minutes of previous meetings.
