On the first day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
Special stories and traditions to carry on with glee.
On the second day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
The spirit of being together and enjoying company.
On the third day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
Music to dance to while cleaning up and burning off extra energy!
On the fourth day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
Toys and games to play, can you please teach me?
On the fifth day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
Lessons of kindness, to spread love among humanity.
On the sixth day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
Outdoor time to discover all the natural beauty.
On the seventh day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
Memories of the year past and all that is yet to be.
On the eighth day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
Staying up until midnight to bring in the new year…yippee!
On the ninth day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
A restful day in my pajamas watching my favorite movie.
On the tenth day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
A home filled with love and laughter, and it is all about “we”.
On the eleventh day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
So much more than they will ever see, in the simplest ways…wouldn’t you agree!
On the twelfth, and last, day of Winter Break, my family gave to me
A good night's sleep, for it’s time to go back to school to learn and share my Winter Break story!
