Reminder, the grade 5 field trip to Skylands Stadium is on Thursday, May 14 and students should wear their field trip shirts that they will receive next week.
Our 5th-grade teachers have planned an in-house event called Colonial Day which will take place at Lounsberry Hollow on Friday, June 5, 2026 for grade 5 students. We are sending home an envelope with your child to place the money that needs to be returned to your child’s homeroom teacher. More details for the event will be shared in a separate email next week.
Please help us make sure that students are leaving their toys at home. This includes their squishies. We are seeing a great deal of conflict between students over items that should not be at home. It is taking away from our instructional time.
Glen Meadow is partnering with CFPC for the Strengthening Families workshop and is offering a 10-week family workshop opportunity, beginning on May 26th. Please see the attached flyer Family Night Out GMMS .
Please be advised that any students who are caught flushing items that don’t belong down the toilet will be removed from our upcoming field trips and end of year activities. Our bathrooms are being intentionally damaged by students throughout the day. Any students who see others damaging our bathrooms should report it to their teachers immediately.
Please remember that students should only be drinking and bringing water into the classroom. Also, students should not be eating or drinking on the bus.
